Our beans are sourced directly from Mexico, where generations of farmers cultivate them with dedication and care. At CAFÉX, our mission is to fuel community, culture, and connection through every cup, rooted in Mexican heritage and inspired by Zacatecas, the home state of our founder. The “X” represents the richness of Mexican identity and the intersection of tradition and modern café culture. Inspired by the resilience of the nopal, a symbol deeply tied to the land of Zacatecas, we stand for strength, growth, and staying true to our roots. Like the nopal, we aim to create a space where culture flourishes, and community comes together.
